|If for some reason you are not pleased with your items, we will take it back within 30 days of the date you received the order as long as it is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will either exchange the item, give you store credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We will not refund any shipping expense, except due to an error on our part or due to defective merchandise. And in that case, we will reimburse you for the shipping to and from. To return an item, wrap it up and include a note telling us your full name, address, phone number, email address, what you're returning and why and most importantly what you want us to do! If you want an exchange, please tell us what the item is and the size/color. Take it to your shipper of choice and for your own benefit, insure it and request a delivery confirmation. Returns can also be made in person at our retail store Centerstage at 5012 University Way NE in Seattle, WA.|

Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Inventory sometimes is backordered or sells out for a variety of reasons, in that case orders will take a little longer to process. We will contact you and try to arrange for other options if this happens.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know, we are happy to do everything possible to get what you need when you need it!
If you require expedited shipping, it may cost you more than our standard shipping rates, but we are happy to help you get your items when you need them. Just let us know your individual needs!
